Information you share
When you request a quote or use your couple portal, we collect the contact information, event details, ceremony preferences, agreements, signatures, payment records, and documents you provide.
How it is used
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, prepare your proposal, coordinate your ceremony, maintain your agreement, and manage payments. Submitting an inquiry permits us to contact you about that request; it does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Services that support your booking
Website hosting and storage providers process information needed to operate this site. When online payments are enabled, Stripe handles payment details. We do not ask you to enter card numbers into our inquiry form. Connected email providers may process booking messages.
Your private portal
Your unique portal link provides access to your booking information. When Zoho email history is connected, the portal also displays correspondence between Stacey and the email address on your couple record. Anyone with your private portal link can view those messages. Keep it private. Contact Stacey if the link is lost or shared unintentionally so it can be replaced.
Records and your requests
Booking information is retained for service delivery and business recordkeeping. Contact us to request a correction, ask about access or deletion, or discuss how your information is used. Some records may need to be retained for existing agreements or recordkeeping requirements.
